jet lag, can catch up to you about 24 hours after arriving at your destination, so even if you think everything feels great, remember to drink drink drink, the day you get home. Take a couple of packages of Energy-c..( you can buy at walmart or any drugstore) contains 1000 mg of vitamine c and a bunch of other vitamins, and great things for your body…comes in an instant drink type package…take a bunch with you when you travel, to boost your energy and help with jet lag! ( they dont get taken from you at security check points, you add the water later!!!!!!) hope this helps
